Lemon bars have of a shortbread bottom crust and are topped with a delicious lemon gel layer. Finished off with a dusting of powdered sugar before serving. Lime bars are my version of a twisted lemon bar. The bar is basically the same with your choice of Lemon or Lime flavored topping.

This bar is a special enhancemant to the traditional Rice Krispie Treat. The Rice Krispie Cereal bottom layer has a peanut butter addition. It is then topped with a delicious chocolate-peanut butter layer and is heavenly to eat.

Brownies are different than chocolate cake because they are more dense, rich, and moist. Try and you won't be disappointed.

Fudge Brownies - Full 11" x 15.5" Pan $20, Half Pan $12

This bar is compiled of a rich layer of chocolate cake and then topped with an even richer fudge frosting.

Cherry Swirled Brownies - Full 8" Pan $18, Half Pan $11

This bar is a moist, rich, dense chocolate cake swirled with cherry filling.

This rich dessert bar has a similar texture to brownies, but the dominate flavor is from the brown sugar. It has semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped walnuts throughout. If desired you may omit the walnuts.

This dessert bar mimics the flavors of the beloved American candy - the peanut butter cup. It has a bottom peanut butter crumb layer topped with a chocolate-peanut butter layer.

Marshmallow Cream Fudge - Full 9" x 13" Pan $25, Half Pan $15

This very sweet chocolate bar has a hint of marshmallow flavor. It is lighter than chocolate but much denser than cake. It must be stored in the refrigerator and in my opinion is best served cold.
